My counseling approach is eclectic, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs. I incorporate Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EFT, and IFS to support healing and growth.

I am passionate about working with adults from all backgrounds, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual. My specialty in men’s mental health stems from a deep understanding of the need to adapt therapy to help men navigate societal stigmas around vulnerability while honoring their distinct communication styles and needs.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and have been serving clients for 20 years. Before starting my private practice, I honed my expertise at Liberation Programs, Inc. (outpatient substance abuse), FSW, Inc. (psychiatric rehabilitation), and as Clinical Director at Fairfield Counseling Services.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a financial analyst in public equity research as well as private equity.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy time with friends and family, great music, good food, and the outdoors—hiking, biking, tennis, fire pit cooking, and discovering live music.
